For the plate outside the outdoor telecom cabinet, the hot-dip galvanized plate with thickness of 1.5mm or more shall be used. After welding, the hot-dip galvanized plate shall be sprayed with outdoor powder.

The base of outdoor telecom cabinet shall be cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of no less than 2mm, and the surface shall be hot-dip galvanized after welding.

The metal materials of outdoor telecom cabinet shall be able to resist corrosion and electrochemical reaction after or without surface treatment.

Non metallic parts of outdoor telecom cabinet (including insulated wires, cables and foaming materials) shall be flame-retardant materials, and their flammability shall meet the requirements of flame-retardant test.

The coating surface shall be continuous and uniform, the texture shall be consistent with the corresponding standard template, and there shall be no defects such as nodulation, shrinkage, blistering, pinhole, cracking, peeling, pulverization, particles, sagging, bottom exposure, dirt inclusion, etc.

For outdoor telecom cabinet without spraying treatment, the luster and texture of the external surface shall be uniform and beautiful.

After the adhesion test, the coating on the surface of outdoor telecom cabinet meets the requirements of grade 1 in Table 1 of GB / T 9286-1998.
